Brittany Manzer-Fujimoto holds a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and M.A. in Counseling for Higher Ed. Dr. Manzer-Fujimoto is particularly passionate about supporting women’s professional growth and leadership development, and helping individuals thrive at work while living with migraine.
Dr. Manzer-Fujimoto employs assessment tools such as CliftonStrengths, exploration of values and interests, and motivation-based goal setting to support her clients. She has worked in college and university settings in California for 10+ years focused on career counseling, the recruitment pipeline, and teaching career and professional development courses.
